Accreditation Pilot Projects
The LSCABC
worked on developing four Accreditation Pilot Projects, one with 72
competencies that tested a version of the ALSCO accreditation process and
three alternate processes that were unique to the LSCABC. At that
time, any individual currently a member in good standing was asked to
consider piloting any one of these models. As a "pilot" project,
the eligibility criteria could have been reduced or waived, with the
understanding that the model was being tested and a piloting of the model
would not warrant accreditation. It was rather an opportunity to give
feedback on the effectiveness of the model. Project
